This free self-assessment tool has been developed by the Fair Work Convention to help you assess how fair you think your workplace is. It will also help to identify areas for improvement, with advice and resources.
What is fair work?
Fair work is work that offers effective voice, opportunity, security, fulfilment and respect. It balances the rights and responsibilities of employers and workers. It generates benefits for individuals, organisations and society.
The Fair Work Convention is independent of Government and brings together employers and unions with academic expertise to:
